缓解交通拥挤的多目标优化模型和算法研究

             

摘要

In view of multi-path selection, uneven distribution of motor vehicles causes irrational use of traffic resources. Charge reasonable congestion pricing can make personal and social total cost optimization, as well as reasonable traffic distribution. The applicable road resistance function is used, a multi-objective optimization model is established to optimize personal and social travel cost under a multi-path selection, and a solution method is proposed. With a given practical example, the impact of traffic allocation is analyzed on different congestion pricing. The results show that model is superior to UE with a more balanced, control of personal and social total cost in taking the interests of all parties into account to determine the rate of congestion reasonably.%多路径选择下,机动车分布不均衡造成了交通资源利用不合理的情况.合理征收的拥挤费可以达到个人和社会总成本最优、交通分配合理的目的.使用合理的路阻函数,提出了多路径选择下个人成本总量与社会总成本最优的多目标优化模型,并给出求解方法.算例分析不同拥挤费对交通量分配的影响,结果表明,所提模型比UE模型优越,可以控制社会总成本和个人成本总量更加平衡,能够兼顾各方利益、合理确定拥挤费率.
