地铁列车车轮踏面磨耗规律探讨

         

摘要

To investigate the wear development rules of wheel treads, the wear data of wheel treads were measured continuously for the subway train running in the specific line, and the statistic characteristics of worn treads were analyzed. The influences on wheel/rail matching charateristics were further given relative to the rail CN60KG, such as equivalent conicity and contact points on wheel and rail. It is shown from the wheel/ rail match calculations that the equivalent conicity is increased with the worn treads. Especially the wear of right wheel tread becomes more severe than the one of left wheel tread, and the eccentric wear of the wheelset is represented clearly. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the transferring operations of subway trains according to the actual subway lines, in order to extend the reprofiling period.%为了研究地铁车辆踏面磨耗的变化规律,持续跟踪测试了某线路地铁列车车轮踏面磨耗数据,并统计分析了运用工况下车轮踏面磨耗的数据特征.与CN60KG钢轨匹配,对比分析了踏面磨耗对诸如等效锥度和接触点等轮轨匹配参数的影响趋势.轮轨匹配特性分析表明:踏面磨耗将造成等效锥度增大.特别是右侧车轮踏面磨耗偏大,且呈现了轻微的轮对偏磨现象.根据地铁线路条件,有必要考虑地铁列车转调运用以合理延长镟轮修程.
