依据对某市初中教师职业幸福感的访谈和调查结果分析,提出了教师职业幸福形成与发展的规律:教师职业幸福感的形成和发展是教师职业理想实现的过程;教师职业幸福感的形成与发展受多种优势需要的制约;教师职业幸福感的形成与发展是教师幸福模式循环反复的过程;教师职业幸福感的形成与发展是教师在职业活动中不断获得成就感的过程。%In light of interview and investigation result analysis of junior middle school teachers'professional happiness in one city,the paper presents the laws of formation and development of teachers’professional happi-ness,and the laws are as follows:the formation and development of teachers’professional happiness is the realiza-tion procedure of teachers’professional ideal;the formation and development is limited by varied advantage neces-sity;it is the cycle of teachers’happiness pattern;it is the process of continuous obtaining of the sense of accom-plishment;it is the result of the adjustment of teachers’expectation.
