建立离子色谱法测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中胆碱含量的方法。选用IonPac CS12A阳离子交换色谱柱(250mm×4mm)和18mmol/L甲烷磺酸淋洗液,采用抑制型电导检测器测定胆碱的含量。结果表明:胆碱的最低检出量为0.1mg/L,不同添加水平的平均回收率为95.0%~102.5%。该方法具有灵敏度高、选择性强、操作简单等优点。%A method was developed for the determination of choline in milk powder for infant and young children by ion chromatography. The chromatographic separation was achieved on an IonPac CS 12A column (250 mm ×4 mm) using 18 mmol/L MSA as eluent. Choline was detected by suppressed conductivity detector. The limit of detection of choline was 0.1 mg/L. The average recoveries were between 95.0% and 102.5% across three spike levels (n = 6). The method was sensitive, selective and simple.
