学习者学习风格与学习指导策略研究--以国家开放大学为例

摘要

Learning style and learning guidance are indispensable to each other.For learning style,learners in the Open University show a preference for experience and active practice concern﹣ing information receiving and information processing.Based on the learning style from case study, it suggests that we should strengthen the guidance on learners’learning motive,enhance the instruc﹣tions in their study,lead independent study to coordinate with cooperative study,which serve as re﹣sponses to the question “why”,“what”and “how”in the study of learners.A research on the learn﹣ing style in the Open University and delivering corresponding guidance can not only make the most of study resources,but improve the quality of study as well.%学习风格与学习指导是相辅相成的。在学习风格的两个维度上，国家开放大学学习者在信息接收维度上偏好于具体经验，在信息加工维度上偏好于主动实践。针对国家开放大学学习者的学习风格，需要加强对学习者学习动机的指导，解决其“为什么学”的问题；需要加强对学习者学习内容的指导，解决其“学什么”的问题；需要加强对学习者自主学习和合作学习的指导，解决其“怎样学”的问题。研究国家开放大学学习者的学习风格，并根据学习者的学习风格给予恰当的学习指导，不仅可以有效利用学习资源，也可以有效提高学生的学习质量。
