对河南理工大学449名2008级学生入学两年来接受心理健康教育的状况进行追踪,同时采用SCL-90前后两次评估这些学生的心理健康水平。结果表明,在高校现有的心理健康教育的方式和途径中,至少接受一种形式心理健康教育的学生占总人数的83.07%;凡接受过心理健康教育的学生心理健康状况均得到明显改善;心理讲座的教育效果最为显著。%This paper traces the mental health education of 449 students of 2008 in their two--year study in Henan Polytechnic University and makes two separate assessments with SCL--90. The result indicates 83.07 % of students have had access to at least one channel of mental health education and all students who have received it show marked improvement. Psychology Lectures prove to be the most effective.
