本文从大学生视角归纳与梳理了高校辅导员专业化发展中存在的心理感知距离感、职责边界模糊、专业化滞后性等问题,建构了高校辅导员工作结构的“WDH模型”,并从工作定位、工作方式创新、以学生为本的工作理念确立和辅导员评聘机制完善等四个方面提出了推进辅导员专业化发展的对策建议。%This paper first examines the problems with advisors'professional development from the perspective of college students,including psychological perception of distance,fuzzy responsibility boundary and hysteresis.Then it comes up with a WDH work structure model and suggests promo-ting college advisors'professional development through accurate j ob orientation,creative work mode, student centered working philosophy and improved recruitment and evaluation mechanisms.
