高校学生资助政策体系中的教育公平问题

摘要

我国已逐步形成以“奖、助、学、贷、勤、补、减”和绿色通道等为内容的高校学生资助政策体系，使很多贫困生得到及时有效的资助。但受当前政治、经济、教育和文化等多方面因素的影响，该体系尚不完善，贫困生在接受高等教育的权利和机会、高校学生资助资源配置、资助政策的实际操作等方面还存在不公之处，制定科学有效的资助政策，促进教育公平势在必行。%China has gradually formulated a financial aid system for college and university students that covers scholarship,subsidy,student loan,work-study program,and tuition relief program and so forth.It has helped many financially - disadvantaged students timely and substantially.However, there is still big room for improvement,owing to political,economic,,educational and cultural fac-tors.Unfairness still exists in the opportunity of higher education provided for financially-disadvan-taged,allocation of financial aid resources and in the actual implementation of relative policies.It is imperative to promote educational equity with scientific and effective financing policies.
