一次采集两个治疗量机采血小板对献血者凝血参数的影响

摘要

目的 观察机采血小板前后献血者凝血参数的变化,探讨一次采集2个治疗量血小板对献血者安全的影响.方法 以本站39名无偿捐献机采血小板者为研究对象,分别测量其采集2个治疗量机采血小板前后PT、APTT、Fb、FⅤ、FⅧ、FⅨ等6个凝血参数,并进行比较.结果 采集后Fb、FⅤ、FⅧ、FⅨ的含量较采集前降低(P＜0.01),但仍在正常生理范围内;采集前后PT、APTT的变化无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 从凝血功能方面来说,捐献2个治疗量机采血小板对于献血者是安全可行的.%Objective To observe the changes in coagulation parameters of donors after double plateletpheresis.Methods 39 donors were recruited, and coagulation parameters were detected before and after double plateletpheresis respectively.Results After double plateletpheresis, the values of fibrinogen, factor V , factor Ⅷ and factor Ⅸ were lower than before apheresis (P＜0.01).There were not signifcantly differences between values of PT,APTT before and after plateletpheresis(P＞0.05).Conclusion Based on the above comparison of coagulation parameters, double plateletpheresis is a safe procedure for healthy volunteers.
