某三甲医院2011~2014年临床输血情况调查分析

摘要

Objective To investigate and analysis the status of clinical blood transfusions in order to provide references for and improve the rational use rate of blood transfusion. Methods Medical records of patients received blood transfusions from 2011 to 2014 were investigated and analyzed. Indexes include total quantity of blood transfusion, per capita blood transfusion, the situation of blood component transfusion and blood transfusion in internal medicine departments and surgical departments. Results Total quantity of blood transfusion increased by years. The ratio of blood component transfusion was high, but there was unreasonable transfusion of plasma in this hospital. The hospital should attach due importance to both the enhancement of blood transfusion knowledge among clinical doctors and blood transfusion indications.Conclusion Faced with the situation of increasing blood demand, the hospital should attach due importance to both the enhancement of blood transfusion knowledge among clinical doctors and blood transfusion indications.%目的：通过对某院输血相关资料的调查分析，了解临床输血情况，为合理用血提供参考，提高临床科学用血水平。方法对第四军医大学西京医院2011～2014年临床输血总量、成分用血、人均用血量、内科和外科用血情况等进行调查分析。结果该院临床用血总量呈上升趋势，人均用血量亦逐年上升，成分血使用率为100%，存在血浆用量偏高的情况。结论总用血量逐年上涨，临床成分血使用率高，但仍然存在不合理用血现象，医院应对临床医生加强输血相关知识教育及培训，严格掌握输血适应证，以进一步提高临床输血质量。
