Mirizzi综合征的诊治

摘要

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of Mirizzisyndrome.Methods 6 cases of Mirizzi syndrome were analyzed with review of the latest literatures on its diagnosis and treatment.Results None of the 6 cases were definitely diagnosed by ultrasonography and CT.All of them underwent operations,five of them were cured and one died.Conclusions Ultrasonography and CT can give a hand to diagnosis.Definite diagnosis depends on ERCP and PTC.The specific conditions of the patients and the experience of surgeon decide the selection of treatment.Subtotal cholecystectomy and hepaticojejunostomy are the basic choices.%目的 提高Mirizzi综合征（MS）的诊治水平。方法 回顾分析6例MS的诊断和治疗资料。 结果 6例经B超和CT检查，均未能在术前确诊，6例行手术治疗，经随访5例痊愈，无主要并发症，1例死亡。 结论 超声和CT可协助诊断，ERCP和PTC对MS有确诊意义。治疗应根据患者的具体情况和临床医生的经验选择手术方式。胆囊次全切除术和胆肠吻合术为最后的选择。
