目的:探讨前列腺素E2(prostaglandin E2,PGE2)、白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)在种植体周围龈沟液中的浓度及临床意义。方法:将42例进行种植义齿的患者按照是否有种植体周围炎分为炎症组23例,无炎症对照组19例。用WhatmanⅠ号滤纸条吸取种植体周龈沟液。检测两组龈沟液的量、种植体周围探诊深度(probing depth,PD)以及龈沟液中PGE2、IL-6和TNF-α的浓度。结果:炎症组龈沟液量为(0.84±0.23)μL,PD(4.15±1.31)mm,均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);炎症组龈沟液PGE2浓度(59.34±21.31)μg/L,IL-6浓度(4.87±1.35)μg/L,TNF-α浓度(19.87±4.35)μg/L,均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PGE2、IL-6、TNF-α参与了种植体周围组织炎症的免疫调节和骨吸收,可能作为评价种植体周围炎的指标。%Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of concentration of prostaglandin E2(PGE2), interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in implant gingival crevicular fluid. Method:42 cases of patients with im-plant denture treatment in accordance with whether there was growing body around the inflammation and divided inflamma-tion group of,inflammation with 23 cases, and the control group with 19 cases. Using Whatman I filter paper to absorb the gingival sulcus of the implant. In two groups were detected in gingival crevicular fluid volume, planted around the probing depth (PD)and gingival crevicular fluid PGE2 and IL-6 and TNF-αconcentration. Result:The group of inflammatory gingi-val crevicular fluid volume for (0.84 ±0.23) ml,while Pd was (4.15 ±1.31) mm,both were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);group of inflammatory gingival crevicular fluid PGE2 con-centration was(59.34±21.31)l,the concentration of IL-6 for(59.34±21.31) l,the concentration of TNFα-for(19.87±4.35)l, both of the factors were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:PGE2 and IL-6,TNF-involved in the immune regulation of peri implant inflammation and bone resorption,and may as the index.of cultivation of the evaluation body around inflammation.
