PGE2 stimulates IL-6, HGF and PGE2production by cultured human radicularcyst-derived fibroblast-like cells

To elucidate the role of PGE2 on radicular cyst expansion, we examined the effect of PGE2 on IL-6, HGF and PGE2 secretion by radicular cyst-derived fibroblast-like cells (RC cells). PGE2 stimulated all the examined factors, secretion. These results suggested that PGE2 plays a central role in radicular cyst expansion.
