介入栓塞治疗胆胰术后大出血15例

摘要

[Objective] To explore the efficacy of angiography and embolization for the treatment of massive bleeding after biliary and pancreatic surgery. [Methods] The clinical data of 15 patients with massive bleeding after biliary and pancreatic surgery were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] Fifteen patients with massive bleeding after biliary and pancreatic surgery underwent radioactive interventional therapy to identify the bleeding part. The embolization and hemostasis of all patients were successful. [Conclusion] Interventional embolization can be used as the first choice for the treatment of massive bleeding after biliary and pancreatic surgery.%[目的]探讨介入造影和栓塞治疗胆胰术后大出血的疗效.[方法]回顾性分析15例胆胰术后出血的患者临床资料.[结果] 15例胆胰术后发生出血的患者均经放射介入治疗明确出血部位并成功栓塞止血.[结论]介入栓塞可作为胆胰术后出血首选止血方法.
