3D打印模型应用于肺手术患者健康教育的效果观察

摘要

Objective To observe and discuss the effect of the application of 3D printing model in patient health education before lung surgery.Methods 40 patients with planned lung surgery was enrolled into the study, and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.In the observation group, health education including procedure explaining and postoperative consideration was done by 3D printing model.Same content was delivered to the control group by PowerPoint and written explanations.It designed questionnaires to compare their understanding about the disease, surgical procedure and perioperative cooperation.Results 3D model print was successful.The understanding of the disease, surgical procedure and perioperative care was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion 3D printing model can truly reflect the real anatomical structures, lesion location, and can simulate the operation process.Utilizing 3D printing model in patient health education and doctor-patient communication can effectively improve the understanding of the operation, improve the reliance of doctor and the compliance with medical work.%目的 探讨将3D打印模型应用于肺手术患者的健康教育并观察其效果.方法 将40例需行肺部相关手术的患者随机分成两组,观察组在疾病健康教育中结合3D打印模型进行疾病讲解及围手术期宣教,在术前医患沟通中利用3D模型讲解手术方案;对照组利用幻灯进行健康教育,利用书面讲解进行术前医患沟通,设计调查问卷对比两组患者或家属对自身疾病、手术方式、围手术期配合等方面的理解程度.结果 成功打印出的3D模型,利用3D打印模型进行健康教育及医患沟通,与对照组相比,观察组对疾病理解、切除范围、手术方式、围手术期配合等方面的理解明显准确客观 (P<0.05).结论 3D打印模型能够真实的反映肺部各解剖结构、病变位置,可以模拟手术过程,将其应用于患者健康教育及医患沟通,能有效提高患者或家属对疾病及手术的理解程度,提高对医生的信赖程度及对医疗工作的依从性.
