喹硫平联合舍曲林治疗强迫症疗效及安全性观察

摘要

目的 探讨喹硫平联合舍曲林治疗强迫症的疗效及安全性. 方法 将76例强迫症患者采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组38例.两组均给予喹硫平治疗,观察组联合舍曲林治疗,采用耶鲁布朗强迫症状量表评定临床疗效,采用执行功能行为评定量表成人版评定两组的执行功能,比较两组不良反应发生率.结果 观察组总有效率为89.5%,对照组为71.1%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后两组执行功能行为评定量表成人版各维度评分及总分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),研究组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01).两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 喹硫平联合舍曲林治疗强迫症疗效显著,能显著改善患者的强迫症状和执行功能,安全性高,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To explore the Efficacy and safety of quetiapine combined with sertraline in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).Methods Seventy-six OCD patients were assigned to two groups of 38 ones each.Both groups were treated with quetiapine, observation group was plus sertraline, efficacies were compared between two groups using score-reducing rate of the Y-BOCS, executive functions assessed with the Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function-Adult Version (BRIEF-A), and group incidences of adverse reactions compared.Results Total effective rate was respectively 89.5% in observation and 71.1% in control group and the former significantly higher than the latter (P<0.05).After treatment the BRIEF-A scores of both groups lowered more significantly compare with pretreatment (P<0.01), so did that in observation than in control group (P<0.01).Group difference in the incidence of adverse reactions had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion Quetiapine combined with sertraline has an evident effect in the treatment of OCD, could notably improve obsessive-compulsive symptoms and executive functions, has higher safety, and deserves clinical generalization and application.
