利培酮合并盐酸多奈哌齐对精神分裂症认知功能的影响

摘要

目的:研究盐酸多奈哌齐改善精神分裂症认知功能的效果.方法:将50例未服过抗精神病药的精神分裂症患者,随机分为利培酮(4 mg/d)联合盐酸多奈哌齐组((5～10 mg/d)研究组,23例)和利培酮(4 mg/d)联合安慰剂组(对照组,24例),治疗12周.于治疗前和治疗6周末及12周末测定认知功能,用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)于治疗前和治疗12周末评定临床疗效.结果:治疗12周末,两组各认知测验和PANSS分较治疗前均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);数字广度测验、视觉再生测验和连线A测验总分变化值研究组高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:盐酸多奈哌齐可以改善精神分裂症的记忆功能,建议大样本的研究进一步证实.%Objective:To evaluate the effects of donepezil on cognitive impairments in patients with schizophrenia.Method:We conducted a 12-week, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of donepezil as adjunctive treatment to risperidone on 50 patients with schizophrenia.The study group was given with risperidone (4 mg/d) and donepezil (5 ～ 10 mg/d) ,and the control group was given with risperidone (4 mg/d) and placebo during 12 weeks treatment period.Results:The scores of all cognitive measures and PANSS in endpoint were significantly reduced compared with baseline in both groups (P ＜ 0.05).However,the study group demonstrated greater improvement in the visual reproduction test,trail making tests part A and digit span than did the control group(P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusion: Donepezil as adjunctive therapy may improve memory function of patients with schizophrenia, and future studies require large sample sizes to achieve sufficient power.
