轮状病毒非结构蛋白与病毒复制相关性研究进展

摘要

Rotavirus is composed of six structural proteins and six nonstructural proteins. Six structural proteins comprise the intact virus particles. Six nonstructural proteins are expressed merely in the ce[is infected with rotavirus,but not expressed in the mature viral particle. They only play roles in the viral replication. This article summarizes the roles of nonstructural proteins in the process of viral replication.%轮状病毒由6个结构蛋白和6个非结构蛋白组成.6个结构蛋白架构了整个病毒颗粒,6个非结构蛋白仅仅在轮状病毒感染的细胞中出现,而不出现在成熟的病毒结构中.非结构蛋白只是在病毒复制过程中发挥作用.该文就轮状病毒6种非结构蛋白在病毒复制过程中所起的作用作一综述.
