儿童肝母细胞瘤研究现状

摘要

肝母细胞瘤(hepatoblastoma, HB)是儿童期最常见的肝脏恶性肿瘤。HB起病隐匿，诊断和治疗都有一定的困难。近年来HB的发病率有上升趋势，对HB的研究也逐渐深入。文章就HB的病因、病理分型、临床分期、预后因素及治疗原则等研究结果作一综述。%Hepatoblastoma (HB) is the most common malignant liver tumors among children. It typically begins with few symptoms, making it dififcult to diagnose and treat. The number of HB cases has been on the rise in recent years, resulting in gradual development of the research on various aspects of the disease. This paper is a round-up of the etiology, pathological classiifcation, clinical staging, prognostic factors and therapeutic principles of hepatoblastoma.
