金属锚钉结合 Endobutton钢板治疗完全型肩锁关节脱位

摘要

目的：探讨金属锚钉结合Endobutton钢板治疗完全型肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法对16例完全型肩锁关节脱位的患者采用金属锚钉结合Endobutton钢板解剖重建肩锁韧带和喙锁韧带。结果所有患者均获随访，时间6~18个月。患者均无肩关节疼痛及畸形，术后X线片均提示肩锁关节复位，无内固定物断裂或移位。肩关节功能良好。结论金属锚钉结合Endobutton钢板治疗完全型肩锁关节脱位创伤小，并发症少，有利于肩关节功能恢复。%Objective To study clinical effect of metal anchor nail and Endobutton plate for acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods 16 patients were treated with metal anchor nail and Endobutton plate to reconstruct acromio-clavicular ligament and coracoclavicular ligament anatomically. Results All patients were followed up for 6 ~18 months and got good function, postoperation radiographs showed no acromioclavicular dislocaton and no breakage or shift of internal fixation. Conclusions Metal anchor nail and Endobutton plate in acromioclavicular joint dislocation, which is small trauma,few complications and make for recovery of shoulder joint function.
