The injection anchor holds a number of tension members and this anchor is used for making a permanent structure as support for an embankment wall. These anchors can also be used for temporary support such as excavation walls for building work. In this instance it may be necessary to move the anchor into adjacent areas and these anchors may have to be removed because they form obstruction for further building work. The anchor system clamps tension members which are arranged around the central tube, which can be made from plastics, and its purpose is to admit cutting tools for destruction of the embedding material which can be injected cement mortar or epoxy resin mortar. The central tube may have a rubber sleeve at intervals.
