Objective To investigate a non - drug therapy which can reduce the pain of neonates. Methods One hundred cases of neonatal hospitalization were randomly divided into non - intervention group and non- nutritive sucking (NNS) group. In venous blood collection process, the neonatal pain assessment scale (NIPS) was used to score neonates of both groups. Meanwhile, heart rate, respiration, and SpO^ change before and after the operation were monitored. There were two findings. Results The reaction to the pain of NNS group was obviously less than the non - intervention group in the operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The changes of the heart rate, breathing and Spp2 of NNS group were much less than the non - intervention group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of non - nutritive sucking can reduce neonatal pain in medical operation, and it is worth popularizing.%目的 探讨减轻新生儿疼痛的非药物疗法.
