脊柱结核患者围术期的护理需求及护理干预

摘要

目的 探讨脊柱结核患者围术期的护理需求,使患者消除顾虑,顺利进行手术,安全康复出院.方法 调查患者术前、术后、围术期、出院前的护理需求,采取相应的护理干预.结果 本组患者均掌握了脊柱结核的相关知识,住院期间治疗和护理效果良好,无护理并发症.结论 有效充分的对脊柱结核患者护理需求的评估和采取相应护理措施,对于患者早日康复,预防和减少并发症的发生尤为重要.%Objective To investigate perioperative nursing needs of patients with spinal tuberculosis, lessen their worries, smooth the progress of surgery and promote recovery. Methods The nursing needs of patients with spinal tuberculosis before surgery, after surgery, and in the perioperative period, before discharge were investigated and corresponding nursing interventions were taken. Results The patients with spinal tuberculosis all grasped the related knowledge with good treatment and nursing outcomes during hospitalization. No nursing - related complications occurred. Conclusion Full and effective assessment of nursing needs of patients with spinal tuberculosis, and the appropriate nursing measures are particularly important for early rehabilitation, prevention and reduction of complications.
