Abstract:Objective To summarize the operative cooperation and perioperative nursing measures in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods A total of 65 patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing elective surgery were given perioperative nursing. The nursing outcomes and satisfaction degree to nursing service were evaluated. Results Of 65 patients, 54 cases with recovered joint movement, 8 cases with improved joint function and 3 cases with treatment abandoning, with a overall effective rate of 95.38%(62/65). The overall nursing satisfaction rate was 98.46 %(64/65), with 46 cases of complete satisfaction, 18 cases of partial satisfaction and 1 case of non-satisfaction. Conclusion High quality of perioperative nursing measures is necessary to improve the surgical efficacy and nursing satisfaction in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.
