真核细胞起始因子3和人附睾蛋白4在卵巢癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the expressions of eukaryotic initiation factor 3 (elF3a) and human epididymis protein 4 (HE4) in ovarian cancer tissues and their relationship with the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the levels of elF3a,HE4 in 79 cases of ovarian cancer tissue specimens,40 postoperative cases of ovarian benign tumor tissues and 40 cases of normal ovarian tissue,and relationship between expression of HE4 and elF3a protein and clinical pathology were analyzed.Results In the ovarian cancer,the positive expression rates of elF3a,HE4 protein were 64.56%,39.25%.In benign ovarian tumors,positive expression rates of elF3a,HE4 protein were 22.50% and 7.50%.In normal ovarian tissues,positive expression rates of elF3a,HE4 protein were 0%,0%.There were significant differences in elF3a and HE4 among ovarian cancer tissues,benign ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissue (P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between ovarian carcinoma elF3a and HE4 protein positive expression (P<0.001).The positive expression of elF3a protein in ovarian cancer patients was correlated with lymph node metastasis,histological differentiation (P<0.05).The positive expression of HE4 protein was correlated with incidence of lymph node metastasis in ovarian cancer patients (P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression of HE4 and elF3a protein in ovarian cancer tissue are significantly increased,and there was a positive correlation between two indexes.%目的 探讨真核细胞起始因子3(elF3a)和人附睾蛋白4(HE4)在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其与卵巢癌发生发展的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学染色法检测79例卵巢癌术后组织表标本、40例卵巢良性肿瘤组织标本、40例正常卵巢组织标本中的elF3a、HE4蛋白表达水平,分析elF3a、HE4蛋白表达与卵巢癌患者的临床病理学关系.结果 卵巢癌中elF3a、HE4蛋白阳性表达率64.56%、39.25%,卵巢良性肿瘤中elF3a、HE4蛋白阳性表达率22.50%、7.50%,正常卵巢组织中elF3a、HE4蛋白阳性表达率0%、0%.3种组织elF3a、HE4蛋白阳性表达率有显著差异(P<0.05).卵巢癌中elF3a、HE4蛋白阳性表达呈显著的正相关性(P<0.001);卵巢癌中elF3a蛋白阳性表达与患者的发生淋巴结转移、组织分化程度有关(P<0.05);卵巢癌中HE4蛋白阳性表达与患者的发生淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05).结论 卵巢癌组织中elF3a、HE4蛋白阳性表达显著升高,二者呈正相关关系.
