超声心动图联合256排CT心血管造影在法洛四联症诊断中的应用价值

摘要

Objective To explore the value of echocardiography combined with 256-slice CT angiography in diagnosis of tetralogy of Fallot.Methods Totally 52 patients diagnosed as tetralogy of Fallot were conducted with echocardiography and 256-slice CT examination respectively,and differences between indicators and surgical data were analyzed.Results Diagnosis rate of 256-slice CT angiography was 94.23％,diagnosis rate of echocardiographic was 90.38％,and combined diagnosis rate of two methods was 98.08％.Conclusion Echocardiography combined with 256-slice CT examination can increase the diagnosis rate of tetralogy of Fallot.%目的 探讨超声心动图联合256排CT心血管造影诊断法洛四联症的应用价值.方法 对已经确诊为法洛四联症的52例患者分别进行超声心动图和256排CT检查,分析各项指标与手术数据的差异.结果 256排CT心血管造影确诊率为94.23％,超声心动图的确诊率为90.38％,两者联合确诊率为98.08％.结论 超声心动图联合256层CT检查可以提高法洛四联症的诊断率.
