儿童常见慢性肝病的治疗与随访

摘要

儿童慢性肝病严重影响儿童生长发育、未来生存质量,而引起儿童慢性肝病的原因很多,不同病因、饮食及治疗指导与预后密切相关.对较常见的儿童慢性肝病,如婴儿胆汁淤积性肝病、慢性乙型肝炎、肝豆状核变性、非酒精性脂肪性肝病等的指导与随访进行论述,加强慢性肝病患者对疾病的认识,增强医务工作者对随访工作的意识,提高不同病因所致肝病的治愈率及患儿生存质量.%Chronic liver diseases in children greatly affect their growth and development and quality of life in future.There are many causes of chronic liver diseases in children,and such causes,diet,and treatment guidance are closely associated with prognosis.This article discusses the guidance and follow-up of common chronic liver diseases in children,such as infantile cholestatic liver disease,chronic hepatitis B,hepatolenticular degeneration,and nonalcoholic fatter liver disease,in order to deepen the understanding of these diseases among patients,raise the awareness of follow-up in medical staff,and improve the cure rate of liver diseases with different causes and children's quality of life.
