Objective To study the effect of budesonide combined with Ventolin in treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Eighty six patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into observation group ( 43cases ) and control group ( 43cases ). Patients in observation group were treated with combined treatment of budesonide and Ventolin besides routine therapeutic regimen and patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy of Ventolin, and the clinical efficacy was compared and analyzed between patients of these two groups. Results The differences in dyspnea scores, lung function and blood gas analysis were compared before and after the treatment, and their difference was statistically significant ( P ＜ 0.05 ). The difference in corresponding indicators between these two groups was statistically significant ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion Budesonide joint with Ventolin can rapidly relieve symptoms of AECOPD, smoothing airway and improving lung function, it is more effective than the application of single drug, and it is an effective choice for treatment of patients with AECOPD.%目的 观察布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效.方法 对86例AECOPD住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予布地奈德和硫酸沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,分析两种的临床疗效.结果 两组治疗前后呼吸困难评分.肺功能和血气分析等比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组间各对应指标,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入对AECOPD能迅速缓解症状,畅通气道,改善肺功能,疗效优于单一用药,是治疗AECOPD的有效选择.
