Objective To investigate the effect of subgingival plaque of patients with chronic periodontitis of implant peri bone resorption. Methods From August 2013 to January 2016,72 posterior tooth loss patients were selected,including the healthy control group(40 patients with the implants of 50 teeth)and the periodontitis group(32 patients with the implants of 40 teeth). Two groups were given the conventional implant restoration,and the periodontitis group were given the basic periodontal treatment. The situation of subgingival plaque,bone absorption and sulcus bleeding before planting and after planting 3 months were observed and recorded. Results The subgingival plaque index in the periodontitis group was higher than that in the healthy control group,the difference was significantly( P 0. 05). The near and far marginal bone absorption quantity in the two groups before planting were compared and the difference was not statistically significant, which were significantly reduced after planting( P 0.05）。修复前的近中与远中边缘骨吸收量之间的对比差异无统计学意义，修复完成后，两组种植体周骨吸收量均有明显减少（ P <0.05），且牙周炎组近中边缘骨吸收量降低更明显，远中边缘骨吸收量降低不如对照组明显（ P <0.05）。两组修复后的龈沟出血指数都明显低于修复前（（ P <0.05），且修复后牙周炎组的龈沟出血指数明显高于对照组（ P <0.05）。结论慢性牙周炎患者的龈下菌斑比较多见，能影响种植体周骨吸收情况，牙周基础治疗对种植体周围边缘骨的稳定性起促进作用。
