Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinases in the early stage of acute ischemic stroke and the clinical prognosis.Methods 118 patients with acute ischemic stroke who received and treated from January 2015 to January 2016 were included in the clinical study,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.According to the prognosis,they were divided into patients with good prognosis 65 cases and poor prognosis 53 cases.The levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in 24 h,3 d,7 d,and 14 d after onset of the disease were detected and their relationship with prognosis was analyzed.Results The clinical data of the two groups,such as age,gender,underlying diseases had no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05).MMP-9 concentrations at 24 h,3 d,7 d,14 d of good prognosis group were (237.98 ± 64.43) ng/ml,(357.34 ± 104.34) ng/ml,(268.33 ±75.04) ng/ml,(189.44 ±47.34) ng/ml,which were significantly reduced compared with those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).TIMP-1 concentrations at 24 h,3 d,7 d,14 d of good prognosis group were (218.38 ± 57.37) ng/ml,(255.93 ±50.83) ng/ml,(210.35 ±41.34) ng/ml,(123.32 ±20.32) ng/ml,which were significandy reduced compared with those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels are lower in the early stage of acute ischemic stroke with good prognosis,and it is helpful to judge the prognosis of the patients.%目的 探讨急性缺血性脑卒中超早期患者基质金属蛋白酶表达水平与临床预后的关系.方法 选择2015年1月至2016年1月期间治疗的118例急性缺血性脑卒中超早期患者纳入临床研究,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析.根据预后情况分为预后良好组65例与预后不良组53例.检测患者发病24h、3d、7d、14 d时血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白内酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)表达水平及其与预后的关系.结果 预后良好组患者与预后不良组患者在年龄、性别构成比、基础疾病情况等临床资料均衡,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).预后良好组患者发病24 h、3d、7d、14 d时血清MMP-9浓度分别为(237.98±64.43) ng/ml、(357.34±104.34) ng/ml、(268.33±75.04)ng/ml、(189.44士47.34)ng/ml,与对照组比较均有明显降低(P＜0.05).预后良好组患者发病24h、3d、7d、14 d时血清TIMP-1浓度分别为(218.38±57.37) ng/ml、(255.93±50.83) ng/ml、(210.35 ±41.34) ng/ml、(123.32±20.32) ng/ml,与对照组比较均有明显降低(P＜0.05).结论 急性缺血性脑卒中超早期预后良好患者MMP-9、TIMP-1水平明显降低,检测血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平有助于判定患者临床预后情况.
