双倍剂量盐酸坦洛新缓释片治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效和安全性探究

摘要

目的 探讨双倍剂量盐酸坦洛新缓释片治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效.方法 选择2015年10月至2016年9月Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者138例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各69例.对照组患者应用单倍剂量盐酸坦洛新缓释片进行治疗,0.2 mg/次,1次/d,口服,研究组给予双倍剂量.评估患者临床疗效,治疗前后前列腺炎症指数评分(NIH-CPSI),检测患者前列腺液白细胞计数、血清TNF-α和IL-10水平,并观察不良反应.结果 研究组患者总有效率为92.75%,高于对照组82.61%,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05).结论 双倍剂量盐酸坦洛新缓释片治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎具有较好的临床疗效,前列腺症状改善明显,炎性因子水平降低,且不良反应没有增加,具有较好的安全性.%Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of double dosage of tylosine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in treatment of patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis,to evaluate the improvement in symptoms and inflammatory factors,and to observe its safety. Methods A total of 138 patients with typeⅢprostatitis during October,2015 to September,2016 were randomly divided into control group and study group,69 pa-tients in each group. Patients in control group were treated with single dosage of tylosine hydrochloride sustained release tablets,0.2 mg/ time,1 time/d,for oral.administration,and patients in study group were given with double dosage of above mentioed drug for treatment.The clinical effi-cacy,prostate inflammation index scores(NIH-CPSI)before and after treatment were recorded and compared between these 2 groups The white blood cell count of prostatic fluid,serum levels of TNF-α and IL-10 were measured and the incidence of adverse reactions had been observed. Results The total effective rate of study group was 92.75%,which was higher than that(82.61%)of control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion The application of double dosage of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets for treatment of patients with typeⅢprostati-tis has better clinical efficacy,with improvement in symptoms,and decreased levels of inflammatory factors. There is no increase in adverse reac-tion,hence it is safe for application in patients with type III prostatitis.
