扶阳火艾灸对亚健康人群阳虚证调养作用研究

摘要

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect on sub -health people ’ s Yang deficiency syndrome treated with assist -yang fire moxibustion .Methods:According to random digital table ,105 sub-health Yang deficiency patients were randomly divided into three groups:assist -yang fire moxibustion group , simple fire moxibustion group and chinese medicine control group ,with 35 cases in each one .Yang deficiency syndrome and Cornell Medical Index were observed before and after treatment respectively .Results:After treatment ,the three groups had significant improvements on Yang deficiency syndrome and Cornell Medical Index , while assist -yang fire moxibustion group was superior to other groups .The effect of simple fire moxibustion group was equiva-lent to that of chinese medicine control group .Conclusion:Assist-yang fire moxibustion could effectively im-prove the sub-health people ’ s Yang deficiency syndrome and improve the quality of people's healthy life .%目的：观察扶阳火艾灸对亚健康人群阳虚证的调养作用。方法：选择亚健康阳虚证病人105例，将105例入选患者按随机数字表法随机分为3组：扶阳火艾灸组、单纯火疗组、中药对照组，每组35例，观察3组治疗前后中医证候、康奈尔医学指数改善情况。结果：3组治疗方案在对改善阳虚的中医证候、康奈尔医学指数方面均有效，扶阳火艾灸组优于单纯火疗组及中药对照组，单纯火疗组与中药对照组相似。结论：扶阳火艾灸可有效改善亚健康阳虚证症状，全面提高健康生活质量。
