直接面向建筑工人安全投入对增强工人安全意识、改善安全状况具有显著积极意义,但相关影响关系尚不明晰.为此,以建筑工人为研究对象,通过文献研究和问卷调查的方法,构建结构方程模型,验证不同安全投入的方式与方向对工人安全绩效的影响关系,有助于揭示提高建筑工人安全绩效的有效路径,为建筑施工企业在工人安全投入的决策方面提供理论支撑.研究结果表明:低频高强、强物质性的安全奖励对工人安全参与有正向影响;强针对性、高体验度的安全教育对工人安全参与行为有正向影响;充足的个人劳动保护投入对工人安全遵守行为有正向影响;社会保险对工人安全遵守行为有正向影响.%Construction workers' safety input has a positive significance to enhance workers' safety awareness and improve the safety situation, but the relationship is not clear. Based on the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey, SEM models were used to explore the influence of different safety inputs on workers' safety performance. The study helps to reveal the effective way. It also can improve the safety performance of construction workers and provide theoretical support for construction enterprises' decisions on workers' safety inputs. The results show: the safety participation behavior of workers is positively correlated with low frequency, high strength and strong material safety rewards;the safety participation behavior of workers is positively correlated with strong targeted and high experience safety education;the safety compliance behavior of workers is positively correlated with adequate personal labor protection inputs;the safety compliance behavior of workers is positively correlated with social insurance.
