刑法学课堂教学模式探索

摘要

培养理论功底扎实、实践能力强、综合素质高的法律应用型人才是法学本科教育应实现的目标。刑法学是法学专业中很重要的一门核心课程，在法学教育体系中有很重要的地位，刑法学教学的目标服务于或从属于整个法学教育的目标。刑法学课堂教学目标应该重点在于系统地掌握该门课程的理论，同时，通过教学环节的设计，培养学生胜任未来职业所需的各种能力。通过改革考试考核方法，通过各种教学方法相得益彰地应用和科学的教学步骤，实现刑法学的课堂教学目标。才能最终实现法学的人才培养目标。%Criminal jurisprudence is a very important core curriculum in the legal education system. Its classroom teaching goals should focus on systematic mastery of the course theory. To achieve the teaching goals and develop the students' ability needed for future career, it need to improve teaching methods and instructional design, reform of the examination and assessment method, optimize the teaching procedure.
