By constructing a suitable and new Lyapunov functional and employing the free-weighting matrix approach, the neural networks with both time-varying and infinite distributed delays are investigated in this paper. A sufficient condition in the form of LMI for ensuring the delay-dependent global exponential stability is obtained with less conservativeness. The result of this paper improves the previous ones.%通过构造恰当的Lyapunov泛函,利用自由权重矩阵法研究了同时具有时变和无穷分布时滞的神经网络全局指数稳定性,以线性矩阵不等式给出了系统全局指数稳定的充分判据。
