多元文化、多学科视角下的商务英语人才培养探析

摘要

国内外商学院在商务人才培养上都把培养良好的思维能力放在重要位置。考察测试学生思维能力并借鉴国内外高校商务人才培养经验，提出高校要突出商务英语跨学科、跨文化的学科特点，创设多元教育环境，培养出拥有多元文化、多学科视角，具有良好思维能力和跨文化交际能力的复合型商务英语人才。%Teaching for thinking has been valued highly by business schools worldwide. Based on research findings and curricu- lum survey on top business schools, muhicultural and interdisciplinary perspectives are proposed to be highlighted in undergradu- ate programs to improve business English undergraduates' ways of thinking and their intercultural communicative competence.
