学前教育专业人才培养模式的问题反思:来自学生的调查分析

Based on the questionnaire survey of 100 students majored in preschool education,the paper analyzes the personnel cultivation mode of preschool education,the cultivation objectives are indefinite,and curriculum system lacks practice,and teaching methods lacks innovation,and hardware facilities are insufficient and evalua-tion criterion is single.%通过对100名学前教育专业本科学生的问卷调查,结合当前学前教育专业人才培养的实际,本文对高校学前教育专业人才培养的问题进行了反思.结果表明:高校学前教育人才培养模式存在培养目标不够明确、课程体系实践性不强、教学方式创新性不足、硬件设施缺乏、评价标准单一等问题,并提出了相应的优化策略.
