帕金森病非运动症状的研究进展

摘要

Parkinson's disease (PD) is a type of degenerative disease of the nervous system.In addition to its typical clinical symptoms,non-motor symptoms mainly include sensory disorders,neuropsychiatric disorders and autonomic nerve disorders,which also have serious effects on patients.This article reviews the performance,mechanism of non-motor symptoms to improve clinicians' attention and improve the quality of life for Parkinson's patients.%帕金森病(PD)是神经系统变性疾病的一种,其临床表现除了典型的运动症状外,非运动症状主要包括感觉障碍、神经精神障碍、自主神经功能障碍等,同样给患者带来严重的影响.本文就非运动症状的表现、机制等方面进行综述,以提高临床医生对帕金森患者非运动症状的重视程度,早诊断、早治疗,从而改善帕金森病患者的生活质量.
