论21世纪生命科学的人才观与社会需求

根据21世纪生命科学的发展与社会需求。论述了新世纪生命科学全面发展的人才观；树立人才资源是第一资源的人才观；创新人才观；重视奇才与偏才的培养；高标准的素质教育观.对人才现状与需求作了分析，提出了生命科学发晨中应该注意的一些问题.%According to Life science's development and social needs in the21st century,this paper disscusses the viewpoints of development in an all-round way and competence education of talented persons which Life Science needs in the New Century. It analyses the present state, causes and social needs of talented person
