The electrode was modified by multi- walled carbon nanotubes -poly alizarin. And electrochemical be havior of Guanine on modified electrode was studied with cyclic voltammetry and linear sweep voltammetry. The was diseovered result indicated that an irreversible oxidation process appeared on modified electrode. Good linearity of Guanine when concentration was in 5 × 10^-6 -3 × 10^-4mol/L, Ip(A) = - 1.09 × 10^-9 - 1.33 × 10^-4c(mol/L) , relative coefficient R = 0. 9983, and detection limit was 5 × 10^-6mol/L. The recovery was 97.44% - 104.8%.%用循环伏安法制备了多壁碳纳米管-聚茜素红修饰电极.用循环伏安法和线性扫描伏安法研究了鸟嘌呤在多壁碳纳米管-聚茜素红修饰电极上的电化学行为.结果表明:鸟嘌呤在修饰电极上是不可逆氧化过程,其氧化峰电流与浓度在5×10^-6-3×10^-4mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系:Ip(A)=-1.09×10^-9-1.33×10^-4c(mol/L),R=0.9983,其检出限为5×10^-6mol/L,样品回收率为:97.44%-104.8%.
