基于多维尺度法的网站分类目录理解用户心智模型空间性测量研究:以政府网站为例

     

摘要

网站用户的信息行为由其心智模型决定,在心智模型的测量中,个体感知的概念之间关系的"关联性"、"空间性"是主要测量角度,其中"空间性"可以揭示个体评价不同概念的潜在心理标准,也就是不同的概念在被试心理空间中的相对位置,但是如何测量和描述他们之间的关系是一个难题.多维尺度法可以对个体认知过程和认知结构做深度的勘察,其形成的空间矩阵中,每个测试对象的坐标点可用于测量个体概念结构和心智分类.本文尝试设计网站用户心智模型空间性测量的多维尺度分析算法,并结合政府网站分类目录用户信息理解实际案例进行实证研究,以为网站用户研究提供新的视角.%Website user' s mental model directs his information behavior. In the process of measure of mental model,the main measure view is character of relationship and spatiality of concept relationship of user' s perception . The character of spatiality can disclose the latent psychology criterion of user' s appraisement of different concepts, it mean the relative position of user' s mental space of different, but it' s a hard work to measure and represent their relationship. Multidimensional scaling (MDS)can explore the user' s cognition process and structure deeply, the coordinate point of each user in spatial matrix that MDS generate can measure user' s concept structure and mental classification. This thesis we design the MDS algorithm of spatial measure of user' s mental model, and do the demonstration based on the case of user' s information understanding of government website category, and our method can offer new view for website user research.
