不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀钙在老年冠心病合并高脂血症治疗中的临床效果

摘要

Objective To study clinical effect of different doses of Rosuvastatin Calcium in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods From July 2014 to January 2016, 70 cases of elderly patients with with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia were studied and randomly divided into control group and research group,35 cases in each. The patients of the control group treated with 10 mg Rosuvastatin Calcium, and the 20 mg Rosuvastatin Calcium in research group. To observe the curative effect of two groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 77.14%, compared with the study group of 97.14%, there is a significant difference between the two(P0.05).Conclusion 20 mg Rosuvastatin Calcium in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia is remarkable and safe.%目的：探讨不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀钙在老年冠心病合并高脂血症治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2014年7月～2016年1月收治的70例老年冠心病合并高脂血症患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与研究组，各35例，对照组患者使用10 mg剂量的瑞舒伐他汀钙10 mg进行治疗，研究组患者使用20 mg剂量的瑞舒伐他汀钙进行治疗，观察两组患者治疗后的效果。结果对照组的治疗总有效率为77.14%，与研究组的97.14%相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组的血脂情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。其中两组患者的不良反应的发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论对老年冠心病合并高脂血症患者使用20 mg剂量的瑞舒伐他汀钙进行治疗，效果显著，具有一定的安全性。
