目的：观察不同剂量瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症的效果。方法随机将82例冠心病合并高脂血症老年患者平均分为两组，对照组行常规剂量瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗，观察组则行大剂量治疗。结果观察组总有效率、血脂指标均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论大剂量瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症效果理想。%Objective To analyze the effect of different doses of rosuvastatin calcium in treatment of coronary heart disease in elderly combined with hyperlipemia. Methods82 patients were divided into two groups,control group used routine dose of rosuvastatin clcium,and observation group used large dose. ResultsThe total effective rate and blood lipid of observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of large dose of rosuvastatin calcium is ideal.
