半乳凝集素-3在心力衰竭中的应用价值

摘要

目的:探讨半乳凝集素-3 (ga-3)在心力衰竭中的应用价值.方法:选取40例心力衰竭患者,治疗前后测定ga-3、脑钠肽(BNP)、Ⅰ型前胶原氨基末端肽(P Ⅰ NP)、Ⅲ型前胶原氨基末端肽(PⅢNP)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TN F-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平,进行ga-3与BNP、PⅠ NP、PⅢNP、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6的相关关系分析.治疗1周后检查心脏彩超,测定射血分数(EF)、左室舒张末径(LVEDD),进行ga-3、BNP与超声心动图指标的相关分析.结果:ga-3与BNP、PⅠ NP、PⅢNP、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、LVEDD呈显著正相关(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).ga-3、BNP与EF值呈显著负相关(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).BNP与PⅠNP、PⅢNP均无显著相关性(均P＞0.05).结论:ga-3与心力衰竭患者炎性反应、心功能减退、心肌重构相关,ga-3可以预测心衰患者发生心室重构.%Objective:To evaluate applied value of galectin-3 (ga-3)in the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure.Methods:A total of 40 patients with heart failure was selected for this study.Their ga-3,BNP,P Ⅰ NP,P ⅢNP,hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 levels were examined before and after treatment.The analyses of the relationship between ga-3 and BNP,P Ⅰ NP,P Ⅲ NP,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 were performed respectively.Echocardiography was carried on for the patients 1 week after the treatment.The EF and LVEDD were measured,and the analysis of the relationship between ga-3,BNP and heart function,echocardiogram indicators were performed.Results:Correlation analysis showed that the serum levels of ga-3 and BNP,P Ⅰ NP,PⅢNP,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,LVEDD had a positive correlation (P＜0.01,P＜0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the serum levels of ga-3,BNP and EF had a negative correlation (P＜0.01,P＜0.05).Conclusion:In patients with heart failure,the serum levels of ga-3 had a negative correlation with inflammatory reaction,cardiac malfunction and myocardial remodeling.It can be used as a new biomarker for evaluation of myocardial remodeling in patients with heart failure.
