瑞士职业教育的成功经验及其启示--以江苏省高等职业教育发展为例

Swissvocationaleducationisthemodelintheworld.BasedontheresearchofSwissvocationaleducation,this paperstatesitsdistinctivecharacteristicsfromtheaspectsofSwissvocationaleducationsyatem,model,capitalinvestment mechanism,theprofessionalqualificationexaminationsystem.Combingwiththethinkingafterresearching,theauthorputs forwardthreesuggestionsforthescientificdevelopmentofJiangsuvocationaleducation.%　　瑞士的高职教育是世界职业教育的典范。通过对瑞士职业教育的考察，从瑞士的专业教育体系、职业教育模式、资金投入机制、职业资格考评制度等内容，结合学习考察所思，提出了：不断健全与完善江苏省职业教育体系；努力创造职业教育公平发展的良好氛围；充分发挥政府在行业、企业和学校之间的协调作用的建议，以促进江苏省高等职业教育的科学发展。
