百强固位纤维用于前牙外伤的效果及对牙龈指数和龈沟出血指数的影响

摘要

目的 探讨百强固位纤维治疗前牙外伤患者的临床疗效及其对牙龈指数和龈沟出血指数的影响.方法 将2014年1月至2015年6月宜宾市第一人民医院收治的前牙外伤患者89例随机分为A、B、C 3组:A组采用百强固位纤维联合流动树脂治疗;B组采用钢丝联合树脂治疗;C组采用牙弓夹板治疗.患者术后6个月后复查并评价疗效,并在术前、术后6周及术后6个月对患者的牙龈指数评分(gingival index,GI)及龈沟出血指数评分(sulcus bleeding index,SBI)进行评价.结果 3组患者临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且A组有效率最高,C组有效率最低;3组患者的GI及SBI评分在治疗后6周时明显升高,在治疗后6个月时明显降低,不同组间、不同时间点间以及组间·不同时间点间3组患者GI评分及SBI评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 百强固位纤维治疗前牙外伤可显著改善患者牙龈指数和龈沟出血指数,有效提高临床疗效.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of retention fiber in the treatment of patients with anterior teeth trauma and the effect of the retention fiber on gingival index (GI)and sulcular bleeding index (SBI). Methods 89 cases with anterior teeth trauma treated in The First People's Hospital of Yibin from January of 2014 to June of 2015 were divided randomly into three groups including Groups A,B and C.The patients of Group A were treated with the retention fiber combined with flowable resin,those of Group B were with the steel wire combined with resin,and those of Group C were with dental arch splint.The clinical effect was assessed when the patients were reviewed after 6 months of operation,and GI and SBI were evaluated before operation,6 weeks and 6 months after operation respectively.Results The clinical efficacy was statistically significant among the three groups (P <0.05),and it was the highest in Group A and the lowest in Group C.The scores of GI and SBI in the three groups increased obviously after 6 weeks of operation and decreased significantly after 6 months of operation.The scores of GI and SBI were significantly different among the three groups,the different time points of each group,and the different time points of different groups respectively (P <0.05).Conclusion The retention fiber can ameliorate the clinical efficacy in the treatment of anterior teeth trauma effectively,and it can also improve the gingival index and sulcular bleeding index.
