环糊精/纳米氧化锌-多壁碳纳米管修饰电极的制备及在腺苷测定中的应用

     

摘要

β-CD/Nanometer ZnO-MWNTs modified electrodes were prepared and a new sensitive electrochemical method for adenosine detection in Ophiocordyceps sinensis and Maca was established. Electrochemical behaviors of adenosine on the modified electrodes were studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry after open-circuit preconcentration. The results indicate that the oxidation reaction happens with two-electron and two-proton transfer, which has linear response at the range of 4 × 10-3~4 × 10-1 g . L-1 with a detection limit of 5 × 10-4 g . L-1. Adenosine contents in the extracts of Ophiocordyceps sinensis and Maca can be directly measured under pH=6.0, the potential scan range of-1.2~+1.0V and scanning speed of 100 mV.s-1, and the method is robust with recovery of 98%~110%.%研究β-CD/纳米ZnO-MWNTs修饰电极的制备与应用,建立了一种测定玛卡与冬虫夏草中腺苷的新方法。腺苷在电极上开路预富集后,用循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法研究了腺苷在修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明:腺苷在该电极上为两电子两质子的氧化过程,在4×10-3~4×10-1 g.L-1呈现良好的线性关系,检测限可达5×10-4 g.L-1。该方法具有较强的抗干扰能力,在pH=6.0,电位扫描范围-1.2~+1.0 V,扫描速度100 mV.S-1的条件下,加标直接测定冬虫夏草和玛卡的提取液中腺苷的含量,回收率为98%~110%。
