促进能源贸易合作是“一带一路”战略建设的重要组成部分。文章通过对我国一次能源严重供不应求现状的分析，利用要素禀赋理论说明能源贸易合作的重要性。金融对“一带一路”能源合作的促进要落到实处，就要依托现存的与未来的金融渠道，推动“一带一路”的沿线相关国家及其能源产业合作，进而促进能源相关产业发展，实现“一带一路”沿线相关国家在中国经济新常态下的共同进步。%Promoting cooperation of energy trade is an important part of “One Belt and One Road” strategy. This article illus-trates the importance of energy trade cooperation by analyzing the serious shortage situation of energy in China, and by using the factor endowment theory. How to implement this that the finance promotes energy cooperation of “One Belt and One Road”relies on the existing financial channels and those of future which can promote energy cooperation of countries along the road and thus advance the development of related energy industry, and realize the mutual benefits of those related countries in Chi-na’s New Normal.
