促进能源贸易合作是“一带一路”战略建设的重要组成部分。文章通过对我国一次能源严重供不应求现状的分析，利用要素禀赋理论说明能源贸易合作的重要性。那么金融对“一带一路”能源合作的促进如何落到实处，就要依托现存的与未来的金融渠道，推动“一带一路”的沿线相关国家及其能源产业合作，进而促进能源相关产业发展，实现“一带一路”沿线相关国家在中国经济新常态下的共同进步。%Promoting the cooperation of energy trade is an important part of ″One Belt and One Road″strategy. This article analyzes the serious shortage situation of primary energy in China, using the theory of factor endowment illustrates the importance of energy trade cooperation. How to implement that the fi-nance promotes the energy cooperation of″One Belt and One Road″, should rely on the existing and future financial channels, to promote the cooperation of the relevant countries along the line of ″One Belt and One Road″and their energy industries, and further promote the development of related industries of ener-gy, realize their mutual improvements in the new normal of china′s economy.
