文化间性观视角下的来华高职留学生跨文化适应问题研究

         

摘要

高职院校来华留学生群体跨文化适应问题日益突出, 以文化间性观为理论基础, 将文化间性理论作为文化多样性的一种理论范式和调适文化差异的实践策略, 为文化交流、文化认同提供借鉴.以江苏高职院校留学生为蓝本, 借助文化间性理论, 分析来华留学生教育管理中存在的跨文化适应性的难题, 从留学生心理适应、社会文化适应、学术适应及我国教育管理等视角来探索和研究高职院校来华留学生跨文化问题.通过研究及教育管理实践发现, 提供多样文化间的课程建设、活动建设、留学生跨文化服务平台建设, 可以减少留学生跨文化适应困难度.%It is increasingly prominent that there are more cross-cultural adaptation problems of higher vocational college international students in China. The theory of intercultural, as a theoretical paradigm of cultural diversity and adjustment practice strategy of cultural differences, provides theoretical insights for cultural exchange and cultural identity. Based on Jiangsu higher vocational colleges international students, with the aid of intercultural theory, this paper analyses foreign students intercultural adaptability problems existing in the education management, according to the students' psychological, social, and cultural adaptation, academic adaptation and the education management perspective. Through study and education management practice, it is found that the course construction of diverse cultures, cross-cultural service platform construction, and activities construction can reduce intercultural adaptation difficulties.
